 مبادئ الأمم المتحدة التوجيهية بشأن الأعمال التجارية وحقوق الإنسان Comment 3 بالأخص، على المؤسسات التجارية أن تحترم بأهم آليات حقوق الإنسان وهي: الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وكذلك معايير منظمة العمل الدولية الجوهرية بشأن العمل: اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 87 بشأن الحرية النقابية وحماية حق التنظيم النقابي لعام 1948؛ الاتفاقية رقم 98 بشأن حق التنظيم والمفاوضة الجماعية لعام 1949؛ اتفاقية العمل الجبري المعقودة عام 1930، رقم 29؛ اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 105 بشأن إلغاء العمل الجبري لعام 1957؛ الاتفاقية رقم 100 الخاصة بالمساواة في الأجور لعام 1951؛ اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 111 بشأن التمييز (في الاستخدام والمهنة) لعام 1958؛ اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 بشأن الحد الأدنى لعام 1973؛ واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 182 بشأن أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال لعام 1999.

Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters 5.1 Each Party shall ensure that:
5.5 International treaties, conventions and agreements on environmental issues; and
5.7.b Publish, or otherwise make accessible, available explanatory material on its dealings with the public in matters falling within the scope of this Convention; and
Kiev Protocol on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers to the Aarhus Convention 5.6 Each Party shall provide links in its register to the pollutant release and transfer registers of other Parties to the Protocol and, where feasible, to those of other countries.
7.2 Each Party shall require the owner or operator of a facility referred to in paragraph 1 to submit the information specified in paragraphs 5 and 6, and in accordance with the requirements therein, with respect to those pollutants and wastes for which thresholds were exceeded.
Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean 6.10 Each Party shall ensure that consumers and users have official, relevant and clear information on the environmental qualities of goods and services and their effects on health, favouring sustainable production and consumption patterns.
6.12 Each Party shall take the necessary measures, through legal or administrative frameworks, among others, to promote access to environmental information in the possession of private entities, in particular information on their operations and the possible risks and effects on human health and the environment.
6.13 In accordance with its capacities, each Party shall encourage public and private companies, particularly large companies, to prepare sustainability reports that reflect their social and environmental performance.
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:

10.e Encourage cooperation between its governmental authorities and its private sector in developing methods for sustainable use of biological resources.
13 The Contracting Parties shall:
13.a Promote and encourage understanding of the importance of, and the measures required for, the conservation of biological diversity, as well as its propagation through media, and the inclusion of these topics in educational programmes;
13.b Cooperate, as appropriate, with other States and international organizations in developing educational and public awareness programmes, with respect to conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity.
