إقامة بنى تحتية جيدة النوعية وموثوقة ومستدامة وقادرة على الصمود، بما في ذلك البنى التحتية الإقليمية والعابرة للحدود، لدعم التنمية الاقتصادية ورفاه الإنسان، مع التركيز على تيسير سُبُل وصول الجميع إليها بتكلفة ميسورة وعلى قدم المساواة.

14.2 تتخذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة في المناطق الريفية لكي تكفل لها، على أساس المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة، أن تشارك في التنمية الريفية وتستفيد منها، وتكفل للريفية بوجه خاص الحق في:
14-2-(ح) التمتع بظروف معيشية ملائمة، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالإسكان والمرافق الصحية والإمداد بالكهرباء والماء، والنقل، والمواصلات.
اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
9.1 لتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من العيش في استقلالية والمشاركة بشكل كامل في جميع جوانب الحياة، تتخذ الدول الأطراف التدابير المناسبة التي تكفل إمكانية وصول الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، على قدم المساواة مع غيرهم، إلى البيئة المادية المحيطة ووسائل النقل والمعلومات والاتصالات، بما في ذلك تكنولوجيات ونظم المعلومات والاتصال، والمرافق والخدمات الأخرى المتاحة لعامة الجمهور أو المقدمة إليه، في المناطق الحضرية والريفية على السواء. وهذه التدابير، التي يجب أن تشمل تحديد العقبات والمعوقات أمام إمكانية الوصول وإزالتها، تنطبق بوجه خاص على ما يلي:

Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean 6.1 Each Party shall guarantee, to the extent possible within available resources, that the competent authorities generate, collect, publicize and disseminate environmental information relevant to their functions in a systematic, proactive, timely, regular, accessible and comprehensible manner, and periodically update this information and encourage the disaggregation and decentralization of environmental information at the subnational and local levels. Each Party shall strengthen coordination between the different authorities of the State.

6.9 Each Party shall promote access to environmental information contained in concessions, contracts, agreements or authorizations granted, which involve the use of public goods, services or resources, in accordance with domestic legislation.
6.10 Each Party shall ensure that consumers and users have official, relevant and clear information on the environmental qualities of goods and services and their effects on health, favouring sustainable production and consumption patterns.
6.12 Each Party shall take the necessary measures, through legal or administrative frameworks, among others, to promote access to environmental information in the possession of private entities, in particular information on their operations and the possible risks and effects on human health and the environment.
11.1 The Parties shall cooperate to strengthen their national capacities with the aim of implementing the present Agreement in an effective manner.
11.2 The Parties shall give particular consideration to least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing States from Latin America and the Caribbean.
11.3 For the purposes of implementing paragraph 2 of the present article, the Parties shall promote activities and mechanisms, such as:

11.5 The Parties recognize that regional cooperation and information-sharing shall be promoted in relation to all aspects of illicit activities against the environment.
Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities 4.2 The Parties undertake to adopt, where necessary, adequate measures in order to promote, in all areas of economic, social, political and cultural life, full and effective equality between persons belonging to a national minority and those belonging to the majority. In this respect, they shall take due account of the specific conditions of the persons belonging to national minorities.

14.1.d In the case of imminent or grave danger or damage, originating under its jurisdiction or control, to biological diversity within the area under jurisdiction of other States or in areas beyond the limits of national jurisdiction, notify immediately the potentially affected States of such danger or damage, as well as initiate action to prevent or minimize such danger or damage;
14.1.e Promote national arrangements for emergency responses to activities or events, whether caused naturally or otherwise, which present a grave and imminent danger to biological diversity and encourage international cooperation to supplement such national efforts and, where appropriate and agreed by the States or regional economic Integration organizations concerned, to establish joint contingency plans;
