 الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان 22 لكل شخص بصفته عضواً في المجتمع الحق في الضمانة الاجتماعية وفي أن تحقق بوساطة المجهود القومي والتعاون الدولي وبما يتفق ونظم كل دولة ومواردها الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتربوية التي لاغنى عنها لكرامته وللنمو الحر لشخصيته.
العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية 11.1 تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بحق كل شخص في مستوى معيشي كاف له ولأسرته، يوفر ما يفي بحاجتهم من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية. وتتعهد الدول الأطراف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لإنفاذ هذا الحق، معترفة في هذا الصدد بالأهمية الأساسية للتعاون الدولي القائم على الارتضاء الحر.
12.1 تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بحق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى من الصحة الجسمية والعقلية يمكن بلوغه.
12.2 تشمل التدابير التي يتعين على الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد اتخاذها لتأمين الممارسة الكاملة لهذا الحق، تلك التدابير اللازمة من أجل:

24.2 تتابع الدول الأطراف إعمال هذا الحق كاملا وتتخذ، بوجه خاص، التدابير المناسبة من أجل:
24-2-(ج) مكافحة الأمراض وسوء التغذية حتى في إطار الرعاية الصحية الأولية، عن طريق أمور منها تطبيق التكنولوجيا المتاحة بسهولة وعن طريق توفير الأغذية المغذية الكافية ومياه الشرب النقية، آخذة في اعتبارها أخطار تلوث البيئة ومخاطره،

14.2 تتخذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة في المناطق الريفية لكي تكفل لها، على أساس المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة، أن تشارك في التنمية الريفية وتستفيد منها، وتكفل للريفية بوجه خاص الحق في:
14-2-(ح) التمتع بظروف معيشية ملائمة، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالإسكان والمرافق الصحية والإمداد بالكهرباء والماء، والنقل، والمواصلات.

28.2 تقر الدول الأطراف بحق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الحماية الاجتماعية، والتمتع بهذا الحق دون تمييز بسبب الإعاقة، وتتخذ الخطوات المناسبة لصون هذا الحق وتعزيز إعماله، بما في ذلك تدابير ترمي إلى:

Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean 1 The objective of the present Agreement is to guarantee the full and effective implementation in Latin America and the Caribbean of the rights of access to environmental information, public participation in the environmental decision-making process and access to justice in environmental matters, and the creation and strengthening of capacities and cooperation, contributing to the protection of the right of every person of present and future generations to live in a healthy environment and to sustainable development.
4.1 Each Party shall guarantee the right of every person to live in a healthy environment and any other universally-recognized human right related to the present Agreement.

5.3 Each Party shall facilitate access to environmental information for persons or groups in vulnerable situations, establishing procedures for the provision of assistance, from the formulation of requests through to the delivery of the information, taking into account their conditions and specificities, for the purpose of promoting access and participation under equal conditions.
5.4 Each Party shall guarantee that the above-mentioned persons or groups in vulnerable situations, including indigenous peoples and ethnic groups, receive assistance in preparing their requests and obtain a response.
6.1 Each Party shall guarantee, to the extent possible within available resources, that the competent authorities generate, collect, publicize and disseminate environmental information relevant to their functions in a systematic, proactive, timely, regular, accessible and comprehensible manner, and periodically update this information and encourage the disaggregation and decentralization of environmental information at the subnational and local levels. Each Party shall strengthen coordination between the different authorities of the State.
6.3 Each Party shall have in place one or more up-to-date environmental information systems, which may include, inter alia:

Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities 4.2 The Parties undertake to adopt, where necessary, adequate measures in order to promote, in all areas of economic, social, political and cultural life, full and effective equality between persons belonging to a national minority and those belonging to the majority. In this respect, they shall take due account of the specific conditions of the persons belonging to national minorities.

17.1 تتعهد الأطراف، حسب قدرات كل منها، بتعزيز التعاون التقني والعلمي في ميداني مكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف وذلك عن طريق املؤسسات املناسبة الوطنية ودون الاقليمية والاقليمية والدولية. ولهذه الغاية، تدعم الأطراف أنشطة البحوث التي:
17.1.g تزيد من توافر موارد املياه في املناطق املتأثرة، بواسطة وسائل من بينها التكوين الاصطناعي للسحاب.
