القضاء على الجوع وتوفير الأمن الغذائي والتغذية المحسّنة وتعزيز الزراعة المستدامة.

القضاء على الجوع وضمان حصول الجميع، ولا سيما الفقراء والفئات الضعيفة، بمن فيهم الرضّع، على ما يكفيهم من الغذاء المأمون والمغذّي طوال العام بحلول عام 2030.

معدل انتشار انعدام الأمن الغذائي المتوسط أو الشديد وسط السكان، استنادا إلى مقياس المعاناة من انعدام الأمن الغذائي.
 العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية 11.1 تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بحق كل شخص في مستوى معيشي كاف له ولأسرته، يوفر ما يفي بحاجتهم من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية. وتتعهد الدول الأطراف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لإنفاذ هذا الحق، معترفة في هذا الصدد بالأهمية الأساسية للتعاون الدولي القائم على الارتضاء الحر.
11.2 واعترافا بما لكل إنسان من حق أساسي في التحرر من الجوع، تقوم الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد، بمجهودها الفردي وعن طريق التعاون الدولي، باتخاذ التدابير المشتملة على برامج محددة ملموسة واللازمة لما يلي:

24.2 تتابع الدول الأطراف إعمال هذا الحق كاملا وتتخذ، بوجه خاص، التدابير المناسبة من أجل:
24-2-(ج) مكافحة الأمراض وسوء التغذية حتى في إطار الرعاية الصحية الأولية، عن طريق أمور منها تطبيق التكنولوجيا المتاحة بسهولة وعن طريق توفير الأغذية المغذية الكافية ومياه الشرب النقية، آخذة في اعتبارها أخطار تلوث البيئة ومخاطره،
اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة 28.1 تعترف الدول الأطراف بحق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في التمتع بمستوى معيشي لائق لهم ولأسرهم، بما في ذلك ما يكفيهم من الغذاء والملبس والمسكن، وفي مواصلة تحسين ظروف معيشتهم، وتتخذ الخطوات المناسبة لصون هذا الحق وتعزيز إعماله دون تمييز على أساس الإعاقة.
European Social Charter (Revised) Part II The Parties undertake, as provided for in Part III, to consider themselves bound by the obligations laid down in the following articles and paragraphs.
Part#II.4 With a view to ensuring the effective exercise of the right to a fair remuneration, the Parties undertake:
Part#II.4.1 to recognise the right of workers to a remuneration such as will give them and their families a decent standard of living;
American Declaration on the Rights and Duties of Man XI Every person has the right to the preservation of his health through sanitary and social measures relating to food, clothing, housing and medical care, to the extent permitted by public and community resources
American Convention on Human Rights 19 Every minor child has the right to the measures of protection required by his condition as a minor on the part of his family, society, and the state.
26 The States Parties undertake to adopt measures, both internally and through international cooperation, especially those of an economic and technical nature, with a view to achieving progressively, by legislation or other appropriate means, the full realization of the rights implicit in the economic, social, educational, scientific, and cultural standards set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States as amended by the Protocol of Buenos Aires.
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural rights (Protocol of San Salvador) 12.1 Everyone has the right to adequate nutrition which guarantees the possibility of enjoying the highest level of physical, emotional and intellectual development.
12.2 In order to promote the exercise of this right and eradicate malnutrition, the States Parties undertake to improve methods of production, supply and distribution of food, and to this end, agree to promote greater international cooperation in support of the relevant national policies.
15.3 The States Parties hereby undertake to accord adequate protection to the family unit and in particular:
15.3.b To guarantee adequate nutrition for children at the nursing stage and during school attendance years;
17 Everyone has the right to special protection in old age. With this in view the States Parties agree to take progressively the necessary steps to make this right a reality and, particularly, to:
17.a Provide suitable facilities, as well as food and specialized medical care, for elderly individuals who lack them and are unable to provide them for themselves;
الميثاق الأفريقي بشأن حقوق ورفاهية الطفل 5.2 State Parties to the present Charter shall ensure, to the maximum extent possible, the survival, protection and development of the child.
14.2 State Parties to the present Charter shall undertake to pursue the full implementation of this right and in particular shall take measures:
14.2.c to ensure the provision of adequate nutrition and safe drinking water;
14.2.d to combat disease and malnutrition within the framework of primary health care through the application of appropriate technology;
20.2 State Parties to the present Charter shall in accordance with their means and national conditions take all appropriate measures:
20.2.a to assist parents and other persons responsible for the child and in case of need, provide material assistance and support programmes particularly with regard to nutrition, health, education, clothing and housing;
بروتوكول الميثاق الأفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب بشأن حقوق المرأة 15 States Parties shall ensure that women have the right to nutritious and adequate food. In this regard, they shall take appropriate measures to:
15.a provide women with access to clean drinking water, sources of domestic fuel, land, and the means of producing nutritious food;
15.b establish adequate systems of supply and storage to ensure food security
خ تغير بشأن الإطارية المتحدة الأمم 2 الهدف النهائي لهذه الاتفاقية، ولأي صكوك قانونية متصلة هبا قد يعتمـدها مـؤتمر الأطراف، هو الوصول، وفقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية ذات الصلة، إلى تثبيت تركيـزات غـازات الدفيئة في الغلاف الجوي عند مستوى يحول دون تدخل خطير من جانب الإنسان في النظام المناخي. وينبغي بلوغ هذا المستوى في إطار فترة زمنية كافية تتيح للـنظم الإيكولوجيـة أن تتكيف بصورة طبيعية مع تغير المناخ، وتضمن عدم تعرّض إنتاج الأغذية للخطر، وتـسمح بالمضي قدماً في التنمية الاقتصادية على نحو مستدام.
اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر 5 تتعهد الأطراف من البلدان املتأثرة، بالإضافة إلى التزاماتها عملا باملادة ٤ ،مبا يلي:
5.b وضع استراتيجيات وأولويات، في إطار خطط و/أو سياسات التنمية املستدامة، ملكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف؛
10.3 ميكن أن تتضمن برامج العمل الوطنية، في جملة أمور، بعض أو جميع التدابير التالية للتأهب ملواجهة اجلفاف وتخفيف آثاره:
10.3.c القيام بإنشاء و/أو تعزيز - حسبما كان مناسبا - نظم للأمن الغذائي، مبا في ذلك مرافق التخزين والتسويق، ولا سيما في املناطق الريفية؛
10.4 مع مراعاة الظروف والاحتياجات التي ينفرد بها كل طرف من البلدان املتأثرة، تتضمن برامج العمل الوطنية، حسبما كان مناسبا، في جملة أمور، تدابير في بعض أو كل امليادين التالية ذات الأولوية، من حيث صلتها مبكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف في املناطق املتأثرة وصلتها بسكانها: تشجيع وسائل بديلة لكسب العيش وحتسني البيئة الاقتصادية الوطنية بغية دعم البرامج الرامية إلــى استئصال شأفة الفقر وإلى ضمان الأمن الغذائي؛ والديناميات السكانية؛ والإدارة املستدامة للموارد الطبيعية؛ واملمارسات الزراعية املستدامة؛ وتطوير شتى مصادر الطاقة واستخدامها بكفاءة؛ والأطر املؤسسية والقانونية؛ وتقوية القدرات في مجالي التقييم واملراقبة املنهجية، مبا في ذلك اخلدمات الهيدرولوجية وخدمات الأرصاد اجلوية، وبناء القدرات، والتثقيف وتوعية اجلمهور.
