العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية 6.1 الحق في الحياة حق ملازم لكل إنسان. وعلى القانون أن يحمى هذا الحق. ولا يجوز حرمان أحد من حياته تعسفا.

إعلان بشأن القضاء على العنف ضد المرأة
3 للمرأة الحق في التمتع، على قدم المساواة مع الرجل، بكل حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية وفي حماية هذه الحقوق والحريات، وذلك في الميادين السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والمدنية أو أي ميدان آخر ومن بين هذه الحقوق ما يلي:
3-(أ) الحق في الحياة،
Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean 1 The objective of the present Agreement is to guarantee the full and effective implementation in Latin America and the Caribbean of the rights of access to environmental information, public participation in the environmental decision-making process and access to justice in environmental matters, and the creation and strengthening of capacities and cooperation, contributing to the protection of the right of every person of present and future generations to live in a healthy environment and to sustainable development.
4.1 Each Party shall guarantee the right of every person to live in a healthy environment and any other universally-recognized human right related to the present Agreement.
5.2 The exercise of the right of access to environmental information includes:

5.2.a requesting and receiving information from competent authorities without mentioning any special interest or explaining the reasons for the request;

5.2.b being informed promptly whether the requested information is in possession or not of the competent authority receiving the request;

5.2.c being informed of the right to challenge and appeal when information is not delivered, and of the requirements for exercising this right.
5.3 Each Party shall facilitate access to environmental information for persons or groups in vulnerable situations, establishing procedures for the provision of assistance, from the formulation of requests through to the delivery of the information, taking into account their conditions and specificities, for the purpose of promoting access and participation under equal conditions.
5.4 Each Party shall guarantee that the above-mentioned persons or groups in vulnerable situations, including indigenous peoples and ethnic groups, receive assistance in preparing their requests and obtain a response.
6.4 Each Party shall take steps to establish a pollutant release and transfer register covering air, water, soil and subsoil pollutants, as well as materials and waste in its jurisdiction. This register will be established progressively and updated periodically.
6.5 Each Party shall guarantee that in the case of an imminent threat to public health or the environment, the relevant competent authority shall immediately disclose and disseminate through the most effective means all pertinent information in its possession that could help the public take measures to prevent or limit potential damage. Each Party shall develop and implement an early warning system using available mechanisms.
6.6 In order to facilitate access by persons or groups in vulnerable situations to information that particularly affects them, each Party shall endeavour, where applicable, to ensure that the competent authorities disseminate environmental information in the various languages used in the country, and prepare alternative formats that are comprehensible to those groups, using suitable channels of communication.
7.2 Each Party shall guarantee mechanisms for the participation of the public in decision-making processes, revisions, re-examinations or updates with respect to projects and activities, and in other processes for granting environmental permits that have or may have a significant impact on the environment, including when they may affect health.
7.3 Each Party shall promote the participation of the public in decision-making processes, revisions, re-examinations or updates other than those referred to in paragraph 2 of the present article with respect to environmental matters of public interest, such as land-use planning, policies, strategies, plans, programmes, rules and regulations, which have or may have a significant impact on the environment.
7.4 Each Party shall adopt measures to ensure that the public can participate in the decision-making process from the early stages, so that due consideration can be given to the observations of the public, thus contributing to the process. To that effect, each Party shall provide the public with the necessary information in a clear, timely and comprehensive manner, to give effect to its right to participate in the decision-making process.
7.14 The public authorities shall make efforts to identify and support persons or groups in vulnerable situations in order to engage them in an active, timely and effective manner in participation mechanisms. For these purposes, appropriate means and formats will be considered, in order to eliminate barriers to participation.
7.15 In the implementation of the present Agreement, each Party shall guarantee that its domestic legislation and international obligations in relation to the rights of indigenous peoples and local communities are observed.
7.16 The public authority shall make efforts to identify the public directly affected by the projects or activities that have or may have a significant impact on the environment and shall promote specific actions to facilitate their participation.
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:

10.2.a train authorities and civil servants on environmental access rights;
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:
10.2.b develop and strengthen environmental law and access rights awareness-raising and capacity-building programmes for, inter alia, the public, judicial and administrative officials, national human rights institutions and jurists;
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:
10.2.c provide the competent institutions and entities with adequate equipment and resources;
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:
10.2.d promote education and training on, and raise public awareness of, environmental matters, through, inter alia, basic educational modules on access rights for students at all levels of education;
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:
10.2.e develop specific measures for persons or groups in vulnerable situations, such as providing interpreters or translators in languages other than official languages when necessary;
10.2 Each Party, in line with its capacities, may take, inter alia, the following measures:
10.2.f acknowledge the importance of associations, organizations or groups that train the public on or raise public awareness of access rights;

10.2.g strengthen capabilities to collect, retain and evaluate environmental information.
American Declaration on the Rights and Duties of Man I Every human being has the right to life, liberty and the security of his person.
American Convention on Human Rights 4.1 Every person has the right to have his life respected. This right shall be protected by law and, in general, from the moment of conception. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural rights (Protocol of San Salvador) 11.1 Everyone shall have the right to live in a healthy environment and to have access to basic public services.
11.2 The States Parties shall promote the protection, preservation, and improvement of the environment.
Inter-American Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities II The objectives of this Convention are to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination against persons with disabilities and to promote their full integration into society.
III To achieve the objectives of this Convention, the states parties undertake:
III.1 To adopt the legislative, social, educational, labor-related, or any other measures needed to eliminate discrimination against persons with disabilities and to promote their full integration into society, including, but not limited to:
III.1.a Measures to eliminate discrimination gradually and to promote integration by government authorities and/or private entities in providing or making available goods, services, facilities, programs, and activities such as employment, transportation, communications, housing, recreation, education, sports, law enforcement and administration of justice, and political and administrative activities;
III.2 To work on a priority basis in the following areas:
III.2.a Prevention of all forms of preventable disabilities;

خ تغير بشأن الإطارية المتحدة الأمم 2 الهدف النهائي لهذه الاتفاقية، ولأي صكوك قانونية متصلة هبا قد يعتمـدها مـؤتمر الأطراف، هو الوصول، وفقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية ذات الصلة، إلى تثبيت تركيـزات غـازات الدفيئة في الغلاف الجوي عند مستوى يحول دون تدخل خطير من جانب الإنسان في النظام المناخي. وينبغي بلوغ هذا المستوى في إطار فترة زمنية كافية تتيح للـنظم الإيكولوجيـة أن تتكيف بصورة طبيعية مع تغير المناخ، وتضمن عدم تعرّض إنتاج الأغذية للخطر، وتـسمح بالمضي قدماً في التنمية الاقتصادية على نحو مستدام.
3 ﺗﺴﺘﺮﺷﺪ ﺍﻷﻃﺮﺍﻑ، ﰲ ﺍﻹﺟﺮﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺗﺘﺨﺬﻫﺎ ﻟﺒﻠﻮﻍ ﻫـﺪﻑ ﺍﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴـﺔ ﻭﺗﻨﻔﻴـﺬ ﺃﺣﻜﺎﻣﻬﺎ، ﲟﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ، ﰲ ﲨﻠﺔ ﺃﻣﻮﺭ:
3.3 -تتخذ الأطراف تدابير وقائية لاستباق أسباب تغير المناخ أو الوقاية منها أو تقليلها إلى الحد الأدنى وللتخفيف من آثاره الضارة. وحيثما توجد هتديدات بحدوث ضـرر جسيم أو غير قابل للإصلاح، لا ينبغي التذرع بالافتقار إلى يقين علمي قاطع كسبب لتأجيل اتخاذ هذه التدابير، على أن يؤخذ في الاعتبار أن السياسات والتدابير المتعلقة بمعالجة تغير المناخ ينبغي أن تتسم بفعالية الكلفة، بما يضمن تحقيق منافع عالمية بأقل كلفة ممكنة . ولتحقيق ذلك، ينبغي أن تأخذ هذه السياسات والتدابير في الاعتبـار مختلـف الـسياقات الاجتماعيـة - الاقتصادية، وأن تكون شاملة، وأن تغطي جميع مصادر ومصارف وخزانات غازات الدفيئة ذات الصلة، والتكيف، وأن تشمل جميع القطاعات الاقتصادية. ويمكن تنفيذ جهود تنـاول تغير المناخ بالتعاون بين الأطراف المهتمة.
3.4 للأطراف حق تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وعليها هذا الواجـب . وينبغـي أن تكون السياسات والتدابير، المتخذة لحماية النظام المناخي من التغير الناجم عن نشاط بشري، ملائمة للظروف المحددة لكل طرف، كما ينبغي لها أن تتكامل مع برامج التنمية الوطنية، مع مراعاة أن التنمية الاقتصادية ضرورية لاتخاذ تدابير لتناول تغير المناخ.
4.1 All Parties, taking into account their common but differentiated responsibilities and their specific national and regional development priorities, objectives and circumstances, shall:
4.1.b ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺑﺮﺍﻣﺞ ﻭﻃﻨﻴﺔ، ﻭﺣﻴﺜﻤﺎ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺫ ﻟﻚ ﻣﻼﺋﻤﹰﺎ، ﺇﻗﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ، ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺗـﺪﺍﺑﲑ ﻟﻠﺘﺨﻔﻴﻒ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻐﲑ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺥ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻣﻌﺎﳉﺔ ﺍﻻﻧﺒﻌﺎﺛﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﳌﺼﺪﺭ ﻣﻦ ﻏﺎﺯﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺪﻓﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻻ ﳛﻜﻤﻬﺎ ﺑﺮﻭﺗﻮﻛﻮﻝ ﻣﻮﻧﺘﺮﻳﺎﻝ، ﲝﺴﺐ ﺍﳌﺼﺪﺭ، ﻭﺇﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻻﻧﺒﻌﺎﺛﺎﺕ، ﲝﺴﺐ ﺍﳌـﺼﺮﻑ، ﻭﺍﲣﺎﺫ ﺗﺪﺍﺑﲑ ﻟﺘﻴﺴﲑ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻴﻒ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻼﺋﻢ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻐﲑ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺥ، ﻭﺗﻨ ﻔﻴﺬ ﺗﻠـﻚ ﺍﻟـﱪﺍﻣﺞ ﻭﻧـﺸﺮﻫﺎ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎﳍﺎ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﺩﻭﺭﻳﺔ؛
اتفاق باريس 2.1 يرمي هذا الاتفاق، من خلال تحسين تنفيذ الاتفاقية، وبما يشمل هدفها، إلى توطيد الاستجابة العالمية للتهديد الذي يشكله تغير المناخ، في سياق التنمية المستدامة وجهود القضاء على الفقر، بوسائل منها:
2.1.a الإبقاء على ارتفاع متوسط درجة الحرارة العالمية في حدود أقل بكثير من درجتين مئويتين فوق مستويات ما قبل الحقبة الصناعية ومواصلة الجهود الرامية إلى حصر ارتفاع درجة الحرارة في حد لا يتجاوز 1.5 درجة مئوية فوق مستويات ما قبل الحقبة الصناعية، تسليماً بأن ذلك سوف يقلص بصورة كبيرة مخاطر تغير المناخ وآثاره؛
2.1.b (ب) وتعزيز القدرة على التكيف مع الآثار الضارة لتغير المناخ وتعزيز القدرة على تحمل تغير المناخ وتوطيد التنمية الخفيضة انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، على نحو لا يهدد إنتاج الأغذية؛
2.1.c وجعل التدفقات المالية متماشية مع مسار يؤدي إلى تنمية خفيضة انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة وقادرة على تحمل تغير المناخ.
4.1 من أجل تحقيق هدف درجة الحرارة الطويل الأجل المحدد في المادة 2، تهدف الأطراف إلى تحقيق وقف عالمي لارتفاع انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة في أقرب وقت ممكن، مُسلِّمة بأن وقف ارتفاع الانبعاثات سيتطلب وقتاً أطول من البلدان النامية الأطراف؛ وإلى الاضطلاع بتخفيضات سريعة بعد ذلك وفقاً لأفضل المعارف العلمية المتاحة، من أجل تحقيق توازن بين الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ من المصادر وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع في النصف الثاني من القرن، على أساس الإنصاف وفي سياق التنمية المستدامة والجهود الرامية إلى القضاء على الفقر.
7.1 تضع الأطراف بموجب هذا الاتفاق الهدف العالمي المتعلق بالتكيف والمتمثل في تعزيز القدرة على التكيف وتوطيد القدرة على التحمل والحد من قابلية التأثر بتغير المناخ، بغية المساهمة في التنمية المستدامة وكفالة استجابة ملائمة بشأن التكيف في سياق هدف درجة الحرارة المشار إليه في المادة 2.
7.2 تقرّ الأطراف بأن التكيف يشكل تحدياً عالمياً يواجهه الجميع وله أبعاد محلية ودون وطنية ووطنية وإقليمية ودولية، وأنه عنصر أساسي في الاستجابة العالمية الطويلة الأجل لتغير المناخ ومساهمة رئيسية فيها لحماية البشر وسبل العيش والنُّظُم الإيكولوجية، آخذةً في اعتبارها الاحتياجات الملحّة والفورية للبلدان النامية الأطراف القابلة للتأثر بوجه خاص بالآثار الضارة لتغير المناخ.
7.5 تسلم الأطراف بأن إجراءات التكيف ينبغي أن تتبع نهجاً قطري التوجيه يراعي القضايا الجنسانية ويقوم على المشاركة ويتسم بالشفافية الكاملة، ويراعي الفئات والمجتمعات المحلية والنُظُم الإيكولوجية القابلة للتأثر، وينبغي أن يستند إلى أفضل النتائج العلمية المتاحة وعند الاقتضاء إلى المعارف التقليدية ومعارف الشعوب الأصلية والنُظُم المعرفية المحلية وأن يسترشد بها بغية إدماج التكيف في السياسات والإجراءات الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية والبيئية، حسب الاقتضاء.
7.9 يشارك كل طرف، حسب الاقتضاء، في عمليات تخطيط التكيف وتنفيذ الإجراءات، بما في ذلك وضع أو تعزيز الخطط و/أو السياسات و/أو المساهمات ذات الصلة، التي قد تشمل ما يلي:
7.9.a تنفيذ الإجراءات و/أو التعهدات و/أو الجهود في مجال التكيف؛
7.9.b The process to formulate and implement national adaptation plans;
7.9.c وتقييم آثار تغير المناخ وقابلية التأثر به بغية وضع إجراءات ذات أولوية محددة وطنياً، مع مراعاة الفئات والأماكن والنُّظُم الإيكولوجية القابلة للتأثر؛
7.9.d ورصد خطط وسياسات وبرامج وإجراءات التكيف وتقييمها والتعلم منها؛
7.9.e وبناء قدرة النُّظم الاجتماعية الاقتصادية والنُّظم الإيكولوجية على التحمل، بوسائل تشمل التنويع الاقتصادي والإدارة المستدامة للموارد الطبيعية.
8.1 تعترف الأطراف بأهمية تجنب الخسائر والأضرار المرتبطة بالآثار الضارة لتغير المناخ وتقليلها والتصدي لها، بما في ذلك الظواهر الجوية القصوى والظواهر البطيئة الحدوث، ودور التنمية المستدامة في الحد من مخاطر الخسائر والأضرار.
8.4 وتبعاً لذلك، يمكن أن يشمل التعاون والتيسير من أجل تعزيز الفهم والإجراءات والدعم المجالات التالية:
8.4.a Early warning systems;
8.4.b Emergency preparedness;
8.4.c Slow onset events;
8.4.d والحوادث التي قد تنطوي على خسائر وأضرار دائمة ولا رجعة فيها؛
8.4.e Comprehensive risk assessment and management;
8.4.f وتسهيلات التأمين ضد المخاطر، وتجميع المخاطر المناخية، وغير ذلك من حلول التأمين؛

8.4.h وقدرة المجتمعات المحلية وسبل العيش والنظم الإيكولوجية على التحمل.
اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر 3 حتقيقا لهدف هذه الاتفاقية وتنفيذا لأحكامها، تسترشد الأطراف بجملة أمور منها ما يلي:
3.a ينبغي للأطراف أن تضمن أن يكون اتخاذ القرارات املتعلقة بتصميم وتنفيذ برامج مكافحة التصحر و/أو تخفيف آثار اجلفاف قائما على مشاركة السكان واجملتمعات احمللية وأن يجري إيجاد بيئة متكينية على املستويات الأعلى لتسهيل العمل على الصعيدين الوطني واحمللي؛
4.2 تقوم الأطراف، في سعيها إلى حتقيق هدف هذه الاتفاقية، مبا يلي:
4.2.a اعتماد نهج متكامل يتناول اجلوانب الفيزيائية والأحيائية والاجتماعية - الاقتصادية لعمليات التصحر واجلفاف؛
4.2.c integrate strategies for poverty eradication into efforts to combat desertification and mitigate the effects of drought;
5 تتعهد الأطراف من البلدان املتأثرة، بالإضافة إلى التزاماتها عملا باملادة ٤ ،مبا يلي:
5.c address the underlying causes of desertification and pay special attention to the socioeconomic factors contributing to desertification processes;
10.2 حتدد برامج العمل الوطنية أدوار كل من احلكومات واجملتمعات احمللية ومستعملي الأراضي، وحتدد كذلك املوارد املتاحة واللازمة. ويجب أن تتوخى برامج العمل الوطنية، في جملة أمور، ما يلي:
10.2.a أن تشتمل على استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل ملكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف، وتشدد على التنفيذ وتتسم بالتكامل مع السياسات الوطنية املتعلقة بالتنمية املستدامة؛
10.2.b أن تسمح بإجراء تعديلات ً استجابة للتغيرات في الظروف، وأن تكون مرنة على الصعيد احمللي مبا يكفي جملابهة الأوضاع الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية والأحيائية واجليوفيزيائية اخملتلفة؛
10.2.c give particular attention to the implementation of preventive measures for lands that are not yet degraded or which are only slightly degraded;

10.2.f أن تتيح املشاركة الفعالة على الأصعدة احمللية والوطنية والاقليمية من جانب املنظمات غيراحلكومية والسكان احملليني، نساء ورجالا على السواء، ولا سيما مستعملو املوارد، مبا في ذلك املزارعون واملشتغلون بالرعي واملنظمات املمثلة لهم، في تخطيط السياسات وصنع القرارات وتنفيذ واستعراض برامج العمل الوطنية؛
10.3.a القيام بإنشاء و/أو تعزيز - حسبما كان مناسبا - نظم الإنذار املبكر، مبا في ذلك املرافق احمللية والوطنية ونظم مشتركة على الصعيدين دون الاقليمي والاقليمي، وآليات ملساعدة النازحني لعوامل بيئية؛
10.3.b تعزيز التأهب ملواجهة حالات اجلفاف وإدارتها، مبا في ذلك ايجاد خطط لطوارئ اجلفاف على ُّ الصعد احمللية والوطنية ودون الاقليمية والاقليمية، تضع في الاعتبار التنبؤات املناخية الفصلية والتنبؤات من سنة إلى أخرى على السواء؛
10.3.c القيام بإنشاء و/أو تعزيز - حسبما كان مناسبا - نظم للأمن الغذائي، مبا في ذلك مرافق التخزين والتسويق، ولا سيما في املناطق الريفية؛

10.3.e إقامة برامج للري املستدام من أجل احملاصيل واملاشية على السواء.
10.4 مع مراعاة الظروف والاحتياجات التي ينفرد بها كل طرف من البلدان املتأثرة، تتضمن برامج العمل الوطنية، حسبما كان مناسبا، في جملة أمور، تدابير في بعض أو كل امليادين التالية ذات الأولوية، من حيث صلتها مبكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف في املناطق املتأثرة وصلتها بسكانها: تشجيع وسائل بديلة لكسب العيش وحتسني البيئة الاقتصادية الوطنية بغية دعم البرامج الرامية إلــى استئصال شأفة الفقر وإلى ضمان الأمن الغذائي؛ والديناميات السكانية؛ والإدارة املستدامة للموارد الطبيعية؛ واملمارسات الزراعية املستدامة؛ وتطوير شتى مصادر الطاقة واستخدامها بكفاءة؛ والأطر املؤسسية والقانونية؛ وتقوية القدرات في مجالي التقييم واملراقبة املنهجية، مبا في ذلك اخلدمات الهيدرولوجية وخدمات الأرصاد اجلوية، وبناء القدرات، والتثقيف وتوعية اجلمهور.
18.2 على الأطراف، حسب قدرات كل منها، ورهنا بتشريعاتها و/أو سياساتها الوطنية اخملتلفة، أن حتمي وتشجع وتستخدم بصفة خاصة التكنولوجيا واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات التقليدية واحمللية ذات الصلة، ولهذه الغاية تتعهد مبا يلي:
18.2.a أن تعد قوائم حصرية بهذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات واستخداماتها املمكنة مبشاركة السكان احملليني، وأن تنشر هذه املعلومات، حيثما يكون مناسبا، بالتعاون مع املنظمات احلكومية الدولية واملنظمات غير احلكومية ذات الصلة؛
18.2.b أن تكفل حماية هذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات على نحو ملائم وتكفل استفادة السكان احملليني ُتفق عليه بصورة متبادلة، من أي استخدام جتاري لها أو من أي تطوير بصورة مباشرة، على أساس منصف وعلى النحو الذي ي تكنولوجي مستمد منها؛
18.2.c ن تشجع وتدعم بنشاط حتسني ونشر هذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات، أو تطوير تكنولوجيات جديدة تقوم عليها؛
18.2.d ن تقوم حسبما يكون مناسبا، بتسهيل تكييف هذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات لاستخدامها على نطاق واسع وأن تدمجها في التكنولوجيا احلديثة، حسبما يكون مناسبا.
19.1 تسلم الأطراف بأهمية بناء القدرات - أي بناء املؤسسات والتدريب وتطوير القدرات احمللية والوطنية ذات الصلة - في جهود مكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف. وتشجع، حسبما يكون مناسبا، بناء القدرات:
19.1.a عن طريق املشاركة الكاملة للسكان احملليني على كافة ُّ الصعد، وخاصة على الصعيد احمللي، ولا سيما النساء والشباب، مع تعاون املنظمات غير احلكومية واملنظمات احمللية؛
19.1.b by strengthening training and research capacity at the national level in the field of desertification and drought;
19.1.c بواسطة إنشاء و/أو تعزيز خدمات الدعم والإرشاد، لنشر أساليب وتقنيات التكنولوجيا ذات الصلة بشكل أكثر فعالية، النهج القائمة على املشاركة فيما يتعلق بحفظ املوارد وبواسطة تدريب العاملني امليدانيني وأعضاء املنظمات الريفية على ُّ الطبيعية واستخدامها على نحو مستدام؛
19.1.d بواسطة تعزيز استخدام ونشر معارف السكان احملليني ودرايتهم العملية في برامج التعاون التقني، حيثما كان ذلك ممكنا؛
19.1.e by adapting, where necessary, relevant environmentally sound technology and traditional methods of agriculture and pastoralism to modern socio-economic conditions;
19.1.f بواسطة توفير التدريب املناسب والتكنولوجيا املناسبة في استخدام مصادر الطاقة البديلة، ولا سيما موارد الطاقة املتجددة، مبا يهدف بصورة خاصة إلى تقليل الاعتماد على الأخشاب كوقود؛
19.1.h عن طريق الأخذ بطرق مبتكرة لتشجيع سبل كسب العيش البديلة، مبا في ذلك التدريب على مهارات جديدة؛
