 اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر 10.2.a أن تشتمل على استراتيجيات طويلة الأجل ملكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف، وتشدد على التنفيذ وتتسم بالتكامل مع السياسات الوطنية املتعلقة بالتنمية املستدامة؛
10.2.b أن تسمح بإجراء تعديلات ً استجابة للتغيرات في الظروف، وأن تكون مرنة على الصعيد احمللي مبا يكفي جملابهة الأوضاع الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية والأحيائية واجليوفيزيائية اخملتلفة؛

10.4 مع مراعاة الظروف والاحتياجات التي ينفرد بها كل طرف من البلدان املتأثرة، تتضمن برامج العمل الوطنية، حسبما كان مناسبا، في جملة أمور، تدابير في بعض أو كل امليادين التالية ذات الأولوية، من حيث صلتها مبكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف في املناطق املتأثرة وصلتها بسكانها: تشجيع وسائل بديلة لكسب العيش وحتسني البيئة الاقتصادية الوطنية بغية دعم البرامج الرامية إلــى استئصال شأفة الفقر وإلى ضمان الأمن الغذائي؛ والديناميات السكانية؛ والإدارة املستدامة للموارد الطبيعية؛ واملمارسات الزراعية املستدامة؛ وتطوير شتى مصادر الطاقة واستخدامها بكفاءة؛ والأطر املؤسسية والقانونية؛ وتقوية القدرات في مجالي التقييم واملراقبة املنهجية، مبا في ذلك اخلدمات الهيدرولوجية وخدمات الأرصاد اجلوية، وبناء القدرات، والتثقيف وتوعية اجلمهور.
18.2 على الأطراف، حسب قدرات كل منها، ورهنا بتشريعاتها و/أو سياساتها الوطنية اخملتلفة، أن حتمي وتشجع وتستخدم بصفة خاصة التكنولوجيا واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات التقليدية واحمللية ذات الصلة، ولهذه الغاية تتعهد مبا يلي:
18.2.a أن تعد قوائم حصرية بهذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات واستخداماتها املمكنة مبشاركة السكان احملليني، وأن تنشر هذه املعلومات، حيثما يكون مناسبا، بالتعاون مع املنظمات احلكومية الدولية واملنظمات غير احلكومية ذات الصلة؛
18.2.b أن تكفل حماية هذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات على نحو ملائم وتكفل استفادة السكان احملليني ُتفق عليه بصورة متبادلة، من أي استخدام جتاري لها أو من أي تطوير بصورة مباشرة، على أساس منصف وعلى النحو الذي ي تكنولوجي مستمد منها؛
18.2.c ن تشجع وتدعم بنشاط حتسني ونشر هذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات، أو تطوير تكنولوجيات جديدة تقوم عليها؛
18.2.d ن تقوم حسبما يكون مناسبا، بتسهيل تكييف هذه التكنولوجيات واملعارف والدراية العملية واملمارسات لاستخدامها على نطاق واسع وأن تدمجها في التكنولوجيا احلديثة، حسبما يكون مناسبا.
19.1 تسلم الأطراف بأهمية بناء القدرات - أي بناء املؤسسات والتدريب وتطوير القدرات احمللية والوطنية ذات الصلة - في جهود مكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف. وتشجع، حسبما يكون مناسبا، بناء القدرات:
19.1.a عن طريق املشاركة الكاملة للسكان احملليني على كافة ُّ الصعد، وخاصة على الصعيد احمللي، ولا سيما النساء والشباب، مع تعاون املنظمات غير احلكومية واملنظمات احمللية؛
19.1.b by strengthening training and research capacity at the national level in the field of desertification and drought;
19.1.c بواسطة إنشاء و/أو تعزيز خدمات الدعم والإرشاد، لنشر أساليب وتقنيات التكنولوجيا ذات الصلة بشكل أكثر فعالية، النهج القائمة على املشاركة فيما يتعلق بحفظ املوارد وبواسطة تدريب العاملني امليدانيني وأعضاء املنظمات الريفية على ُّ الطبيعية واستخدامها على نحو مستدام؛
19.1.d بواسطة تعزيز استخدام ونشر معارف السكان احملليني ودرايتهم العملية في برامج التعاون التقني، حيثما كان ذلك ممكنا؛
19.1.e by adapting, where necessary, relevant environmentally sound technology and traditional methods of agriculture and pastoralism to modern socio-economic conditions;
19.1.f بواسطة توفير التدريب املناسب والتكنولوجيا املناسبة في استخدام مصادر الطاقة البديلة، ولا سيما موارد الطاقة املتجددة، مبا يهدف بصورة خاصة إلى تقليل الاعتماد على الأخشاب كوقود؛

1.(أ)

كفالة حشد موارد كبيرة من مصادر متنوعة، بما في ذلك عن طريق التعاون الإنمائي المعزّز، من أجل تزويد البلدان النامية، ولا سيما أقل البلدان نموا، بما يكفيها من الوسائل التي يمكن التنبؤ بها من أجل تنفيذ البرامج والسياسات الرامية إلى القضاء على الفقر بجميع أبعاده.

11.1 تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بحق كل شخص في مستوى معيشي كاف له ولأسرته، يوفر ما يفي بحاجتهم من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية. وتتعهد الدول الأطراف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لإنفاذ هذا الحق، معترفة في هذا الصدد بالأهمية الأساسية للتعاون الدولي القائم على الارتضاء الحر.
11.2 واعترافا بما لكل إنسان من حق أساسي في التحرر من الجوع، تقوم الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد، بمجهودها الفردي وعن طريق التعاون الدولي، باتخاذ التدابير المشتملة على برامج محددة ملموسة واللازمة لما يلي:
11.2 واعترافا بما لكل إنسان من حق أساسي في التحرر من الجوع، تقوم الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد، بمجهودها الفردي وعن طريق التعاون الدولي، باتخاذ التدابير المشتملة على برامج محددة ملموسة واللازمة لما يلي:
11-2-(أ) تحسين طرق إنتاج وحفظ وتوزيع المواد الغذائية، عن طريق الاستفادة الكلية من المعارف التقنية والعلمية، ونشر المعرفة بمبادئ التغذية، واستحداث أو إصلاح نظم توزيع الأراضي الزراعية بطريقة تكفل أفضل إنماء للموارد الطبيعية وانتفاع بها،
11.2 واعترافا بما لكل إنسان من حق أساسي في التحرر من الجوع، تقوم الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد، بمجهودها الفردي وعن طريق التعاون الدولي، باتخاذ التدابير المشتملة على برامج محددة ملموسة واللازمة لما يلي:
11-2-(ب) تأمين توزيع الموارد الغذائية العالمية توزيعا عادلا في ضوء الاحتياجات، يضع في اعتباره المشاكل التي تواجهها البلدان المستوردة للأغذية والمصدرة لها على السواء.
اتفاقية حقوق الطفل 4 تتخذ الدول الأطراف كل التدابير التشريعية والإدارية وغيرها من التدابير الملائمة لإعمال الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية. وفيما يتعلق بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، تتخذ الدول الأطراف هذه التدابير إلى أقصى حدود مواردها المتاحة، وحيثما يلزم، في إطار التعاون الدولي.
اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
32.1 تسلم الدول الأطراف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه، دعما للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ومقصدها، وتتخذ تدابير مناسبة وفعالة بهذا الصدد فيما بينها، وحسب الاقتضاء، في شراكة مع المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة والمجتمع المدني، ولا سيما منظمات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ويجوز أن تشمل هذه التدابير ما يلي:
32-1-(أ) ضمان شمول التعاون الدولي الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة واستفادتهم منه، بما في ذلك البرامج الإنمائية الدولية،
32.1 تسلم الدول الأطراف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه، دعما للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ومقصدها، وتتخذ تدابير مناسبة وفعالة بهذا الصدد فيما بينها، وحسب الاقتضاء، في شراكة مع المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ذات الصلة والمجتمع المدني، ولا سيما منظمات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ويجوز أن تشمل هذه التدابير ما يلي:

إعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية 39 للشعوب الأصلية الحق في الحصول على مساعدات مالية وتقنية من الدول وعن طريق التعاون الدولي، من أجل التمتع بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في هذا الإعلان.
Regional Agreement on Access to Information, Public Participation and Justice in Environmental Matters in Latin America and the Caribbean 13 Each Party, to the extent of its ability and in accordance with its national priorities, commits to provide the resources for national activities that are needed to fulfil the obligations derived from the present Agreement.
Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities 4.2 The Parties undertake to adopt, where necessary, adequate measures in order to promote, in all areas of economic, social, political and cultural life, full and effective equality between persons belonging to a national minority and those belonging to the majority. In this respect, they shall take due account of the specific conditions of the persons belonging to national minorities.
18.1 The Parties shall endeavour to conclude, where necessary, bilateral and multilateral agreements with other States, in particular neighbouring States, in order to ensure the protection of persons belonging to the national minorities concerned.
18.2 Where relevant, the Parties shall take measures to encourage transfrontier co-operation.
American Convention on Human Rights 26 The States Parties undertake to adopt measures, both internally and through international cooperation, especially those of an economic and technical nature, with a view to achieving progressively, by legislation or other appropriate means, the full realization of the rights implicit in the economic, social, educational, scientific, and cultural standards set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States as amended by the Protocol of Buenos Aires.
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural rights (Protocol of San Salvador) 1 The States Parties to this Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights undertake to adopt the necessary measures, both domestically and through international cooperation, especially economic and technical, to the extent allowed by their available resources, and taking into account their degree of development, for the purpose of achieving progressively and pursuant to their internal legislations, the full observance of the rights recognized in this Protocol.
2 If the exercise of the rights set forth in this Protocol is not already guaranteed by legislative or other provisions, the States Parties undertake to adopt, in accordance with their constitutional processes and the provisions of this Protocol, such legislative or other measures as may be necessary for making those rights a reality.
14.4 The States Parties to this Protocol recognize the benefits to be derived from the encouragement and development of international cooperation and relations in the fields of science, arts and culture, and accordingly agree to foster greater international cooperation in these fields.
Inter-American Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities IV To achieve the objectives of this Convention, the states parties undertake to:
IV.1 Cooperate with one another in helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination against persons with disabilities;
IV.2 Collaborate effectively in:
IV.2.a Scientific and technological research related to the prevention of disabilities and to the treatment, rehabilitation, and integration into society of persons with disabilities;
IV.2.b The development of means and resources designed to facilitate or promote the independence, self-sufficiency, and total integration into society of persons with disabilities, under conditions of equality.
الميثاق الأفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب 1 The Member States of the Organization of African Unity parties to the present Charter shall recognize the rights, duties and freedoms enshrined in this Charter and shall undertake to adopt legislative or other measures to give effect to them.

22 للمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي استرعاء نظر هيئات الأمم المتحدة الأخرى وهيئاتها الفرعية، والوكالات المتخصصة المعنية بتوفير المساعدة التقنية، إلى أية مسائل تنشا عن التقارير المشار إليها في هذا الجزء من هذا العهد ويمكن أن تساعد تلك الأجهزة كل في مجال اختصاصه، على تكوين رأى حول ملاءمة اتخاذ تدابير دولية من شأنها أن تساعد على فعالية التنفيذ التدريجي لهذا العهد.
23 توافق الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد على أن التدابير الدولية الرامية إلى كفالة إعمال الحقوق المعترف بها في هذا العهد تشمل عقد اتفاقيات، واعتماد توصيات، وتوفير مساعدة تقنية، وعقد اجتماعات إقليمية واجتماعات تقنية بغية التشاور والدراسة تنظم بالاشتراك مع الحكومات المعنية.
الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري
2.1 تشجب الدول الأطراف التمييز العنصري وتتعهد بأن تنتهج، بكل الوسائل المناسبة ودون أي تأخير، سياسة للقضاء علي التمييز العنصري بكافة أشكاله وتعزيز التفاهم بين جميع الأجناس، وتحقيقا لذلك:
2-1-(ج) تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير فعالة لإعادة النظر في السياسات الحكومية القومية والمحلية، ولتعديل أو إلغاء أو إبطال أية قوانين أو أنظمة تكون مؤدية إلي إقامة التمييز العنصري أو إلي إدامته حيثما يكون قائما،
2.2 تقوم الدول الأطراف، عند اقتضاء الظروف ذلك، باتخاذ التدابير الخاصة والملموسة اللازمة، في الميدان الاجتماعي والميدان الاقتصادي والميدان الثقافي والميادين الأخرى، لتأمين النماء الكافي والحماية الكافية لبعض الجماعات العرقية أو للأفراد المنتمين إليها، علي قصد ضمان تمتعها وتمتعهم التام المتساوي بحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية. ولا يجوز في أية حال أن يترتب علي هذه التدابير، كنتيجة لذلك، إدامة أية حقوق متفاوته أو مستقلة تختلف باختلاف الجماعات العرقية بعد بلوغ الأهداف التي اتخذت من أجلها.
اتفاقية حقوق الطفل 4 تتخذ الدول الأطراف كل التدابير التشريعية والإدارية وغيرها من التدابير الملائمة لإعمال الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية. وفيما يتعلق بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، تتخذ الدول الأطراف هذه التدابير إلى أقصى حدود مواردها المتاحة، وحيثما يلزم، في إطار التعاون الدولي.
اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة
2 تشجب الدول الأطراف جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، وتتفق على أن تنتهج، بكل الوسائل المناسبة ودون إبطاء، سياسة تستهدف القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، وتحقيقا لذلك تتعهد بالقيام بما يلي:
2-(أ) إدماج مبدأ المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في دساتيرها الوطنية أو تشريعاتها المناسبة الأخرى، إذا لم يكن هذا المبدأ قد أدمج فيها حتى الآن، وكفالة التحقيق العملي لهذا المبدأ من خلال التشريع وغيره من الوسائل المناسبة،
2 تشجب الدول الأطراف جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، وتتفق على أن تنتهج، بكل الوسائل المناسبة ودون إبطاء، سياسة تستهدف القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، وتحقيقا لذلك تتعهد بالقيام بما يلي:
2-(ب) اتخاذ المناسب من التدابير، تشريعية وغير تشريعية، بما في ذلك ما يناسب من جزاءات، لحظر كل تمييز ضد المرأة،
اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
4.1 تتعهد الدول الأطراف بكفالة وتعزيز إعمال كافة حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالا تاما لجميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة دون أي تمييز من أي نوع على أساس الإعاقة. وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، تتعهد الدول الأطراف بما يلي:
4-1-(أ) اتخاذ جميع التدابير الملائمة، التشريعية والإدارية وغيرها من التدابير، لإنفاذ الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية،
4.1 تتعهد الدول الأطراف بكفالة وتعزيز إعمال كافة حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالا تاما لجميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة دون أي تمييز من أي نوع على أساس الإعاقة. وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، تتعهد الدول الأطراف بما يلي:
4-1-(ب) اتخاذ جميع التدابير الملائمة، بما فيها التشريع، لتعديل أو إلغاء ما يوجد من قوانين ولوائح وأعراف وممارسات تشكل تمييزا ضد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة،
4.1 تتعهد الدول الأطراف بكفالة وتعزيز إعمال كافة حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية إعمالا تاما لجميع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة دون أي تمييز من أي نوع على أساس الإعاقة. وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، تتعهد الدول الأطراف بما يلي:
4-1-(ج) مراعاة حماية وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في جميع السيايت والبرامج،

Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities 1 The protection of national minorities and of the rights and freedoms of persons belonging to those minorities forms an integral part of the international protection of human rights, and as such falls within the scope of international co-operation.
4.2 The Parties undertake to adopt, where necessary, adequate measures in order to promote, in all areas of economic, social, political and cultural life, full and effective equality between persons belonging to a national minority and those belonging to the majority. In this respect, they shall take due account of the specific conditions of the persons belonging to national minorities.
18.1 The Parties shall endeavour to conclude, where necessary, bilateral and multilateral agreements with other States, in particular neighbouring States, in order to ensure the protection of persons belonging to the national minorities concerned.
18.2 Where relevant, the Parties shall take measures to encourage transfrontier co-operation.
American Declaration on the Rights and Duties of Man II All persons are equal before the law and have the rights and duties established in this Declaration, without distinction as to race, sex, language, creed or any other factor.
American Convention on Human Rights 1.1 The States Parties to this Convention undertake to respect the rights and freedoms recognized herein and to ensure to all persons subject to their jurisdiction the free and full exercise of those rights and freedoms, without any discrimination for reasons of race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, economic status, birth, or any other social condition.
2 Where the exercise of any of the rights or freedoms referred to in Article 1 is not already ensured by legislative or other provisions, the States Parties undertake to adopt, in accordance with their constitutional processes and the provisions of this Convention, such legislative or other measures as may be necessary to give effect to those rights or freedoms.
26 The States Parties undertake to adopt measures, both internally and through international cooperation, especially those of an economic and technical nature, with a view to achieving progressively, by legislation or other appropriate means, the full realization of the rights implicit in the economic, social, educational, scientific, and cultural standards set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States as amended by the Protocol of Buenos Aires.
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural rights (Protocol of San Salvador) 1 The States Parties to this Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights undertake to adopt the necessary measures, both domestically and through international cooperation, especially economic and technical, to the extent allowed by their available resources, and taking into account their degree of development, for the purpose of achieving progressively and pursuant to their internal legislations, the full observance of the rights recognized in this Protocol.
2 If the exercise of the rights set forth in this Protocol is not already guaranteed by legislative or other provisions, the States Parties undertake to adopt, in accordance with their constitutional processes and the provisions of this Protocol, such legislative or other measures as may be necessary for making those rights a reality.
14.4 The States Parties to this Protocol recognize the benefits to be derived from the encouragement and development of international cooperation and relations in the fields of science, arts and culture, and accordingly agree to foster greater international cooperation in these fields.
Inter-American Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities IV To achieve the objectives of this Convention, the states parties undertake to:
IV.1 Cooperate with one another in helping to prevent and eliminate discrimination against persons with disabilities;
IV.2 Collaborate effectively in:
IV.2.a Scientific and technological research related to the prevention of disabilities and to the treatment, rehabilitation, and integration into society of persons with disabilities;
IV.2.b The development of means and resources designed to facilitate or promote the independence, self-sufficiency, and total integration into society of persons with disabilities, under conditions of equality.
الميثاق الأفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب 1 The Member States of the Organization of African Unity parties to the present Charter shall recognize the rights, duties and freedoms enshrined in this Charter and shall undertake to adopt legislative or other measures to give effect to them.
24 All peoples shall have the right to a general satisfactory environment favourable to their development.
الميثاق الأفريقي بشأن حقوق ورفاهية الطفل 1.1 Member States of the Organization of African Unity, Parties to the present Charter shall recognize the rights, freedoms and duties enshrined in this Charter and shall undertake the necessary steps, in accordance with their Constitutional processes and with the provisions of the present Charter, to adopt such legislative or other measures as may be necessary to give effect to the provisions of this Charter.
3 Every child shall be entitled to the enjoyment of the rights and freedoms recognized and guaranteed in this Charter irrespective of the child’s or his/her parents’ or legal guardians’ race, ethnic group, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national and social origin, fortune, birth or other status.
20.2 State Parties to the present Charter shall in accordance with their means and national conditions take all appropriate measures:
20.2.a to assist parents and other persons responsible for the child and in case of need, provide material assistance and support programmes particularly with regard to nutrition, health, education, clothing and housing;

2.1.a include in their national constitutions and other legislative instruments, if not already done, the principle of equality between women and men and ensure its effective application;
2.1.b enact and effectively implement appropriate legislative or regulatory measures, including those prohibiting and curbing all forms of discrimination particularly those harmful practices which endanger the health and general well-being of women;
2.1.c integrate a gender perspective in their policy decisions, legislation, development plans, programmes and activities and in all other spheres of life;
2.1.d take corrective and positive action in those areas where discrimination against women in law and in fact continues to exist;
2.1.e support the local, national, regional and continental initiatives directed at eradicating all forms of discrimination against women.
9.1 States Parties shall take specific positive action to promote participative governance and the equal participation of women in the political life of their countries through affirmative action, enabling national legislation and other measures to ensure that:
9.1.c women are equal partners with men at all levels of development and implementation of State policies and development programmes.
17.2 States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to enhance the participation of women in the formulation of cultural policies at all levels.
19 Women shall have the right to fully enjoy their right to sustainable development. In this connection, the States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to:
19.a introduce the gender perspective in the national development planning procedures;
19.e take into account indicators of human development specifically relating to women in the elaboration of development policies and programmes;
19.f ensure that the negative effects of globalisation and any adverse effects of the implementation of trade and economic policies and programmes are reduced to the minimum for women.

European Social Charter (Revised) Part II The Parties undertake, as provided for in Part III, to consider themselves bound by the obligations laid down in the following articles and paragraphs.
Part#II.4 With a view to ensuring the effective exercise of the right to a fair remuneration, the Parties undertake:

26 The States Parties undertake to adopt measures, both internally and through international cooperation, especially those of an economic and technical nature, with a view to achieving progressively, by legislation or other appropriate means, the full realization of the rights implicit in the economic, social, educational, scientific, and cultural standards set forth in the Charter of the Organization of American States as amended by the Protocol of Buenos Aires.
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural rights (Protocol of San Salvador) 12.1 Everyone has the right to adequate nutrition which guarantees the possibility of enjoying the highest level of physical, emotional and intellectual development.
12.2 In order to promote the exercise of this right and eradicate malnutrition, the States Parties undertake to improve methods of production, supply and distribution of food, and to this end, agree to promote greater international cooperation in support of the relevant national policies.
15.3 The States Parties hereby undertake to accord adequate protection to the family unit and in particular:
15.3.b To guarantee adequate nutrition for children at the nursing stage and during school attendance years;
17 Everyone has the right to special protection in old age. With this in view the States Parties agree to take progressively the necessary steps to make this right a reality and, particularly, to:
17.a Provide suitable facilities, as well as food and specialized medical care, for elderly individuals who lack them and are unable to provide them for themselves;

14.2.d to combat disease and malnutrition within the framework of primary health care through the application of appropriate technology;
20.2 State Parties to the present Charter shall in accordance with their means and national conditions take all appropriate measures:
20.2.a to assist parents and other persons responsible for the child and in case of need, provide material assistance and support programmes particularly with regard to nutrition, health, education, clothing and housing;

خ تغير بشأن الإطارية المتحدة الأمم 2 الهدف النهائي لهذه الاتفاقية، ولأي صكوك قانونية متصلة هبا قد يعتمـدها مـؤتمر الأطراف، هو الوصول، وفقاً لأحكام الاتفاقية ذات الصلة، إلى تثبيت تركيـزات غـازات الدفيئة في الغلاف الجوي عند مستوى يحول دون تدخل خطير من جانب الإنسان في النظام المناخي. وينبغي بلوغ هذا المستوى في إطار فترة زمنية كافية تتيح للـنظم الإيكولوجيـة أن تتكيف بصورة طبيعية مع تغير المناخ، وتضمن عدم تعرّض إنتاج الأغذية للخطر، وتـسمح بالمضي قدماً في التنمية الاقتصادية على نحو مستدام.
اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر 5 تتعهد الأطراف من البلدان املتأثرة، بالإضافة إلى التزاماتها عملا باملادة ٤ ،مبا يلي:
5.b وضع استراتيجيات وأولويات، في إطار خطط و/أو سياسات التنمية املستدامة، ملكافحة التصحر وتخفيف آثار اجلفاف؛

24.2 تتابع الدول الأطراف إعمال هذا الحق كاملا وتتخذ، بوجه خاص، التدابير المناسبة من أجل:

15.a provide women with access to clean drinking water, sources of domestic fuel, land, and the means of producing nutritious food;
15.b establish adequate systems of supply and storage to ensure food security
22 The States Parties undertake to:
22.a provide protection to elderly women and take specific measures commensurate with their physical, economic and social needs as well as their access to employment and professional training;
24 The States Parties undertake to:
24.a ensure the protection of poor women and women heads of families including women from marginalized population groups and provide an environment suitable to their condition and their special physical, economic and social needs;
24.b ensure the right of pregnant or nursing women or women in detention by providing them with an environment which is suitable to their condition and the right to be treated with dignity.

11.2 واعترافا بما لكل إنسان من حق أساسي في التحرر من الجوع، تقوم الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد، بمجهودها الفردي وعن طريق التعاون الدولي، باتخاذ التدابير المشتملة على برامج محددة ملموسة واللازمة لما يلي:
11-2-(أ) تحسين طرق إنتاج وحفظ وتوزيع المواد الغذائية، عن طريق الاستفادة الكلية من المعارف التقنية والعلمية، ونشر المعرفة بمبادئ التغذية، واستحداث أو إصلاح نظم توزيع الأراضي الزراعية بطريقة تكفل أفضل إنماء للموارد الطبيعية وانتفاع بها،

Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities 4.2 The Parties undertake to adopt, where necessary, adequate measures in order to promote, in all areas of economic, social, political and cultural life, full and effective equality between persons belonging to a national minority and those belonging to the majority. In this respect, they shall take due account of the specific conditions of the persons belonging to national minorities.
American Declaration on the Rights and Duties of Man XXIII Every person has a right to own such private property as meets the essential needs of decent living and helps to maintain the dignity of the individual and of the home.
American Convention on Human Rights 21.1 Everyone has the right to the use and enjoyment of his property. The law may subordinate such use and enjoyment to the interest of society.
21.2 No one shall be deprived of his property except upon payment of just compensation, for reasons of public utility or social interest, and in the cases and according to the forms established by law.
21.3 Usury and any other form of exploitation of man by man shall be prohibited by law.
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural rights (Protocol of San Salvador) 12.2 In order to promote the exercise of this right and eradicate malnutrition, the States Parties undertake to improve methods of production, supply and distribution of food, and to this end, agree to promote greater international cooperation in support of the relevant national policies.
Inter-American Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities III To achieve the objectives of this Convention, the states parties undertake:
III.1 To adopt the legislative, social, educational, labor-related, or any other measures needed to eliminate discrimination against persons with disabilities and to promote their full integration into society, including, but not limited to:
III.1.a Measures to eliminate discrimination gradually and to promote integration by government authorities and/or private entities in providing or making available goods, services, facilities, programs, and activities such as employment, transportation, communications, housing, recreation, education, sports, law enforcement and administration of justice, and political and administrative activities;

19.c promote women’s access to and control over productive resources such as land and guarantee their right to property;
19.d promote women’s access to credit, training, skills development and extension services at rural and urban levels in order to provide women with a higher quality of life and reduce the level of poverty among women;
21.1 A widow shall have the right to an equitable share in the inheritance of the property of her husband. A widow shall have the right to continue to live in the matrimonial house. In case of remarriage, she shall retain this right if the house belongs to her or she has inherited it.
21.2 Women and men shall have the right to inherit, in equitable shares, their parents' properties

13.a Promote and encourage understanding of the importance of, and the measures required for, the conservation of biological diversity, as well as its propagation through media, and the inclusion of these topics in educational programmes;
13.b Cooperate, as appropriate, with other States and international organizations in developing educational and public awareness programmes, with respect to conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity.
20.1 Each Contracting Party undertakes to provide, in accordance with its capabilities, financial support and incentives in respect of those national activities which are intended to achieve the objectives of this Convention, in accordance with its national plans, priorities and programmes.

7.7 ينبغي أن تعزز الأطراف تعاونها من أجل تدعيم إجراءات التكيّف، على نحو يراعي إطار كانكون للتكيف، بما يشمل ما يلي:
7.7.a تبادل المعلومات والممارسات الجيدة والتجارب والدروس المستفادة، بما يشمل، حسب الاقتضاء، الجوانب المتصلة بالعلم والتخطيط والسياسات والتنفيذ في إجراءات التكيف؛
7.7.b وتعزيز الترتيبات المؤسسية، بما فيها ترتيبات الاتفاقية التي تخدم هذا الاتفاق، لدعم توليف المعلومات والمعارف ذات الصلة، وتقديم الدعم والإرشادات التقنية للأطراف؛
