CSV downloads from this guide encoded as standard UTF-8 (Unicode). This is done to ensure correct encoding of all difference languages.
We recommend using a spreadsheet that support this, for instance LibreOffice Calc
If you wish to import the CSV correctly in Microsoft Excel, please do the following
1) Open Excel sheet
2) Under the tab Data, choose From Text
3) Select downloaded file
4) Select character encoding UTF-8 in appropriate select list.
